This service is specially designed for geriatrics who are convalescent, recovering from surgery or post admission from a medical condition and still in need of professional assistance with their medications, daily care needs like bathing, clothing, feeding etc. Our nurses or nurse assistants spend day time with the patient as well as family members so that together we may be able to bring our client to full restoration.
This service is also available for elderly clients who are not necessarily sick or convalescent yet in need of nursing assistance.
